An Historic Day in Ballinasloe RFC
A historic day in Ballinasloe RFC last Saturday 14th March, when Ballinasloe Ladies Youth rugby team played host to Regiopolis Notre Dame from Kingston, Ontario in what was a thrilling game of rugby, played in the best of spirit by both teams. This was the first time that Ballinasloe fielded a Ladies rugby team against a touring team from outside Ireland. A good crowd witnessed an open and exciting game and the clubhouse was packed to the rafters after as both teams and supporters sat down for a post match meal and watched the Wales vs Ireland game.
