Castlebar RFC participated in a preseason tournament on Saturday past when they took on 4 opposition teams in a 25 minute per game tournament, after a lte night on the Friday evening! The guys were superb and the extremely high paced rugby was of the wall, the co team member link ups across the park were immense with some unbelievable off loads and wingers who give half a yard cut up anythi ng in front of them.
