Hats of to the Women, senior and youth to a girl were superb! Hard fought fierce battles ragged across two pitches for 4 hours as teams. Lines stepping up, lineout tactics, strong running, off loads, line breaks, defensive re-alignment, having fun and concentrating in defence. It is safe to say we are ready in Ulster.
