Planning Supervisor
Provides Planning Supervisor Services in accordance with Construction (Design & Management) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1995. (CDM)
We are aware that not all clients are familiar with the Construction Process, let alone Construction Health & Safety, and therefore if you contact us we will go through the process with you and provide you with the HSE NI book “How the Regulations Affect You”
NOTIFY HSE OF THE PROJECT AND ADDITIONAL NOTIFICATIONS
RECEIVE INFORMATION FROM THE CLIENT/DESIGNERS FOR THE PRE-CONSTRUCTION H&S PLAN.
LIAISE WITH DESIGNERS AND ATTEND DESIGN MEETINGS THROUGHT THE PROCESS.
PREPARE THE PRE-CONSTRUCTION H&S PLAN.
ASSESS THE COMPETENCE AND RESOURSES OF DESIGNERS AND CONTRACTORS IF ASKED TO DO SO.
CHECK THE CONSTRUCTION PHASE H&S PLAN COMPLIES WITH CDM REGULATIONS AND ADVISE BEFORE THE CLIENT ALLOWS WORK TO BEGIN.
PREPARE HEALTH & SAFETY FILE.
REVIEW THE INFORMATION IN THE HEALTH & SAFETY FILE, DEAL WITH ANY ERRORS OR OMMISSIONS, AND HAND OVER THE FILE TO THE CLIENT.
