It’s the end of another season at Virginia RFC and we would like to thank everyone from parents, coaches, players and sponsors for all their help in contributing to a great season. But already we are planning for the next one. At mini level we will run the usual under 8’s, 9’s,10’s,11’s and 12’s. We also hope to add under 7’s who will play tag rugby. At youth level we will run under 13’s,14’s (Development team).15’s ,17’s and 19’s.
Following on from a very successful year, having won the Leinster league outright, the girls tag team should continue to thrive, and depending on interest and numbers it is hoped that an under 17 ladies contact team might also be developed.
The senior team will hopefully build on the solid platform that was established last season and with help from head coach Tony the club will have great year. Looking forward to seeing everyone next season.
