Sunny summer weather, the perfect day to push hard and train for success. The coaching team headed up by Niall Malone had a training session on Saturday past as part of their preparations for the September Interpros. 40 players were there although a full squad of 65-70 is expected to pick two sides from who will wear the Ulster rugby Jersey and compete against the best that the other provinces have to offer.
Very encouraging training on Saturday and going that extra inch in the scrum, breaking just one more tackle, getting one more pass out out, lifting just one better lineout is the mark of determination.
