Ulster U18 Youth were beaten 7-45 by Irish Exiles in glorious conditions and on a fabulous pitch at Foxes’ Field (Campbell College).

Following a good competitive match against the Ulster Schools U18 two weeks ago, the U18 Youth team approached this match with confidence. They were met by a physically big, strong and athletic side that showed a great deal of pace, commitment and skill.
The Exiles kicked off and put Ulster under pressure with strong ball carrying by the back row and centres. Early on Ulster showed what they could do when Captain, Adam Doherty (Banbridge) broke through the Exiles backs, the ball was moved through several hands but the final pass went into touch. The Exiles took a clean catch and drive, the ball was moved wide and Deehan was stopped short.
