The Competitions Committee decided on a knock out cup competition so as the existing Development League is not being replicated. In order to arrive at 4 teams the first round will be to eliminate 1 team.
A subsidiary plate competition will be organised for those teams who get knocked out in the early stages to ensure maximum participation.
