Turning-Point Property Sales was established by Ivan Henry at 4 Main Street Lisbellaw Co Fermanagh in 2004. Over the next two years Ivan and his team gathered valuable experience that’s now used extensively to support their large customer and client base.

In 2006, having taken advice from clients, Turning-Point Property Sales moved out of Lisbellaw and opened a new office, in the heart of the estate agency businesses of Co Fermanagh, at 27 East Bridge Street Enniskillen. During the move, of what was to become the head office of Turning-Point Property Sales two further offices were opened one in Omagh and one in Belfast.
The Belfast office is also the main office for ‘Wise Move Mortgages’ an Independent Mortgage Brokerage Company that provides Turning-Point Property Sales customer’s with independent advice on Mortgages and Insurance.
The opening of the three offices gave Turning-Point Property Sales a further dimension in advertising as the ability now existed to offer clients the opportunity to advertise in all offices, providing access to a far wider customer base at no extra cost. A further branch office has now opened in Dungannon which will provide even better advertising opportunities for your property and provide a further link towards the Belfast market. All Turning-Point Property Sales offices use the same web site giving potential customers a view of properties over a large area of Northern Ireland giving them a better understanding of the property market and the opportunity to be more selective.
During the move into Enniskillen Turning-Point Property Sales also looked at the Overseas Property Market and actively sought the best opportunities for its customers. The initial search for sound overseas investments has provided the opportunity for customers to purchase off plan properties in Spain, Bulgaria, Portugal the Caribbean, and France. This has now developed further with the addition of properties in England providing opportunities to investors. All offices are staffed by caring individuals whose concern is to look after clients and customers ensuring that Turning-Point Property Sales takes the stress out of selling and purchasing properties. Turning-Point Property Sales staff are available when they are needed and offer viewings on properties on Mon to Thu evenings and on Saturday mornings.
