In an amazing 2nd half Malone RFC came back from a massive 20 – 8 down to win the game 29-22! By all accounts this was one of the those amazing things that can happen when a team playing for each other get the legs pumping and delight their fans with an unstoppable team effort. The 16th man was certainly on show here.
Good start for Malone taking an early lead with a try by Ken Callidine. ?Trinity upped the anti for the rest of the 1st half and went in with a lead of 20 points to 8.

However Malone raised their performance in the 2nd half and with tries from Pentland, Anderson and McCrea they ran out winners 29-22 getting a winning bonus point!
