Future 1st XV players make their Senior debuts!
Current Ards U18 players Paddy Bond and Joel DePledge today made their senior debuts for Ards 4th XV in a convincing win over Randalstown.
Paddy is the current Under 18 Captain and plays hooker or prop, Paddy played mini rugby at Ards prior to going to Bangor Grammar, then returned to play Youth rugby at Ards, Paddy is the son of former Ards stalwart and crooner Paul Bond.
Joel is currently playing centre for the Under 18s but is equally at home playing outhalf. Joel played mini rugby at Hollywood and came to play Youth rugby at Ards as Hollywood have no Youth system.
