7th May 2014 – CHECK™, a new innovative device for smarter training, will be showcased at this years BodyPower Expo, taking place from 16th – 18th May at The NEC Birmingham. The device, aimed at athletes, coaches and medical professionals, helps users to optimise training, avoid over-training and reduce injuries, by assessing their neuromuscular training readiness and recovery. The CHECK™ device is particularly suited to those athletes who participate in sports that require strength, skill and coordination such as bodybuilding.

The muscles intensity and delay of the reaction is measured and the Training Readiness of the athletes is assessed in real-time. The data is then available via the CHECK™ app and online services.
