Ulster Rugby Fitness Development Coach, Joe Gallanagh, has been assisting Rainey’s youth rugby teams in the club’s recently refurbished gym. Gallanagh has been working alongside Rainey’s Strength & Conditioning Coach, Ryan Keating, to deliver functional movement sessions to the U13, U15 and U17 teams
