The teams at thi stage are reaching the high point of the season and from a skill level they are functioning as well drilled units producing the sort of tag that will see some of them compete in the All Ireland finals.
Wolfpack and several other teams are continuing to astound with skill levels right across their personnel. The fun element is still there as you will see in the pictures (including 314 action and team shots) with Tag Ulster’s Fame Academy dancing and modeling Tag Star’s displaying their skills at the drop of a hat!
As a point of special thank you we were able to catch up with Mark Scott of Arthur Cox who have sponsored The Arthur Cox Tag Ulster awards Night – Mark comments below on what Arthur Cox think of Tag and why they sponsored the awards night.

The discipline of teams from the referees point of view is something they are very impressed with and as Tag Ulster becomes the most successful region attracting many new tag players that sense of fair play and abiding by the rules will see the province continuing to produce some of the best teams anywhere. We caught up with Frank Picton who comments below on refereeing Tag Ulster.

More importantly – the fun element is there throughout and perhaps all of this is why Arthur Cox have kindly sponsored the Awards Evening on the 8th Of July.
Tag Ulster organiser Claire McAteer has decided to have a special night of awards and celebration of the immense effort and dedication of everyone who has made this the most successful tag season so far.
Next week is semi final week and the following week is the last week of Tag Ulster! It will be a week to remember and a week for the diary as it is finals week with Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday deciding THE ULTIMATE TAG ULSTER CHAMPIONS finishing then on Friday night with a massive party and awards celebration evening at Malone rugby Club. Not to forget the BEACH TAG on the 2nd July @ Portstewart Strand – InTouch will be there to catch all the sun and tag in the sand!
It will be sad to see the end of the season and that will make for an even better last week. Of course there is still two weeks to go!
Many many thanks from Tag Ulster to Artur Cox for sponsoring the awards evening and we look forward to covering that and all of the final nights.
Many thanks from InTouch Rugby for everyone being so good to photograph – a pleasure.
