3. Curcumin-only supplements give up all of the other benefits of whole turmeric.

4. Supplement manufacturers mistakenly promote the idea that if some is good, more is better.

Numerous studies show that there is a sweet spot for maximizing the health benefits of supplements, with too little being not enough, and too much actually causing damage.
