– the St Pierre Chocolate Brioche Wreath.
Combining the brand’s authentic brioche with a smooth, indulgent chocolate filling, and presented in a wreath, the St Pierre Chocolate Brioche Wreath is ready to serve as a seasonal showstopper or can be topped and/or filled to further elevate seasonal dishes at home. And the shape makes it ideal for pulling apart and sharing with friends and family during the festive season.
The marbled brioche wreath is available from ASDA and in Morrisons stores nationwide, with an RRP of £5.00.
RECIPE: Sticky Toffee Brioche Wreath
Ingredients
* 250ml whipping cream (or double cream)
* Toffee or salted caramel sauce
* Toffee and mini fudge pieces
Method
* Remove the wreath carefully from the foil tray and place on a board. Cut in half horizontally with a long knife.
* Whip the cream to soft peaks then swirl in some toffee sauce.
* Spoon onto the base of the wreath and scatter over the toffee and fudge pieces. Add a little more sauce and then carefully place on top.
