St. McCartan’s, Monaghan, were the winners of a 15-a-side development blitz at Armagh RFC, organised by the Ulster Branch Community Rugby Team for schools with limited experience of rugby.
The participating schools were nominated for the blitz by school rugby masters and community rugby officers. St. McCartan’s Monaghan, playing in their first rugby blitz, won the Development Cup, having won all four of their games. Runners-up were Abbey GS, Newry
