Watch Owen Farrell, Cian Healy, Greg Laidlaw, Sam Warburton and others #scrumtogether as they prepare for battle in this season’s rugby internationals. As proud sponsors of England, Ireland, Scotland and Wales, Dove Men+Care saw them deliver Rudyard Kipling’s poem ‘If’ with a rugby twist.
Unilever UK male grooming brand, Dove Men+Care has produced a video and social media campaign featuring players from the English, Irish, Scottish and Welsh national rugby teams.
The video, which is based on the Rudyard Kipling poem ‘If’ features Sam Warburton, Greg Laidlaw, Owen Farrell and Cian Healy, and offers a behind-the-scenes insight into the changing room before a rugby match.
Callum Galloway , brand manager for Dove Men+Care, said: “With a hugely exciting 12 months of rugby ahead, Dove Men+Care are proud to support all four home rugby unions. Over the last few weeks specifically, we are delighted to have worked with some of the most respected and talented names from those teams to deliver a video that captures and heroes the values of the game with which we are so proud to associate.”
The video, produced by Fast Track Content for sports agency Essentially, will be supported through social media activity featuring the hash tag #scrum together and driven by the @dovemen account.
Over the next 12 months the campaign will develop by showing pivotal moments from the players in their careers with more content being added to the brand’s YouTube channel throughout the Autumn internationals and the RBS Six Nations tournament and culminating in the World Cup next summer.
