1st XV have last kick win at home to Bangor 28-25 in league Another heart stopping afternoon following Instonians 1st XV.
At this stage it is enough to say that the only time we looked like winning was in the last second of the game as Fraser Wrights drop kick crept over the bar!! Eleven wins out of eleven in the league but with a big cost as the injury list increases.
Houdini is alive and well!! Instonians 28 – Bangor 25
This was a remarkable game, with only 5 minutes of normal time left Instonians looked to be heading for their first league defeat of the season. They had just gone behind 11-25 courtesy of a converted try at the posts from a charged down clearance kick. At this point Bangor must have thought that they were home and dry. – See more at: http://www.instonians.org/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=2002:1st-xv-have-last-kick-win-at-home-to-bangor-28-25-in-league&catid=1:1st-xv&Itemid=14#sthash.aCbOwfW3.dpuf
