Randalstown Pre-Season & Tournament
Pre-season training is now well underway at Randalstown on Tuesday & Thursday at 7 pm up at the Dunmore pitch.
As ever Randalstown are happy to welcome back old faces and would encourage anyone with an interest in playing rugby to come along as head coach Mike Stevenson and fitness expert Mark Hermin whip their charges into shape ahead of the first competitive action of the seaon which will come in the form of Randalstown’s own annual tournament.
The Tournament will take place on Saturday 27th August from 1.00 pm sharp. 10 teams will compete this year, with many regular entrants, as well as Larne returning after several years absence, and a new face in Derry YM!
At this stage preparations are more or less finalised and hopefully the weather gods will be kind so that everyone can come along and enjoy a fine afternoon and evenings entertainment. As usual there will be refreshments available in the clubhouse and the bbq will be up and running from kick off time. Randalstown RFC look forward to renewing acquaintances for the 2011-12 season and invite everyone to come along and enjoy the afternoon.
