Coaches Chris and Richard welcomed a healthy representation of players, introducing new captain Neil O’Kane and Director of Rugby John Smyth, and with several of our new signings also being present.
After reflecting on many aspects of last season, targets were set for next season with a justifiable air of optimism. Anyone keen to keep in shape over the summer can report for Conditioning and Touch Rugby at Rainey Endowed School on Monday evenings. The official date for the start of Pre-season Training is Thursday, 19 July at 7.00pm.
After an hour’s touch rugby,the assembly returned to the clubhouse for a barbecue.
