Pre season training takes a twist on Saturday 30th July with a 2 day team bonding exersise in the Mournes.
Under the guidance of Sherpa Tony Heffernan our squad will enjoy a 2 day trek in the Kingdom of Mourne . A forward scouting party set out last Sunday to explore Base Camp and despite limited help from “Silent” Bill Hichens preparations went well.
A weekend which should sort out the men from the boys!
