Charity Cycle ride
Moved by the events on Sports Relief one of our fellow Perennials Neil McConkey has come up with his own unique plan to raise some funds to add to the Sports Relief tally.
He is planning to “Cycle in support of Ulster Rugby” during the rest of this season’s Heineken Cup campaign.
On Good Friday he will be setting off on his bike for the 215 miles cycle to Limerick.
If Ulster loose – a lift home with the family awaits him.
If Ulster win he will be cycling back to Ravenhill and preparing for the next trip down to the Aviva Stadium for the semi final.
If Ulster loose – a lift home with the family awaits him.
If Ulster win he will be cycling back to Ravenhill to plot the trip to Twickenham.
All in all potentially a 1200mile trip.
Please try and support one of your fellow members in what is a tremendous challenge. All sponsorship and support will be welcome.
The following is the link to his giving page http://my.sportrelief.com/sponsor/neilmcc were you can make a donation. Alternatively if you just go into the main Sport Relief site, click on the red Sponsor and Donate tab at the top right then search under Neil McConkey, that should direct you to the same place.
