This May, Edgerton Pink Gin have partnered with the talented bar team at the St James Bar, located within the Sofitel London St James Hotel, to create the aromatic ‘Chelsea Flower Show’ cocktail. Infused with violet syrup and rose liqueur, the Edgerton Pink Gin ‘Chelsea Flower Show’ cocktail has appealing floral notes and is also visually delightful, with its distinctive pink tone, due to Edgerton Pink Gin being created with botanical ingredient pomegranate.
For the month of May only, visitors to the Sofitel London St James can can enjoy the cocktail with a special elderflower, violet and poppy scented afternoon tea. The afternoon tea and cocktail are both available in the hotel’s Rose Lounge and beautiful French Brassiere, The Balcon, located in the heart of London, moments from the buzz of Pall Mall.
For the duration of the RHS Chelsea Flower Show, taking place from 23rd – 27th May 2017, The Rose Lounge will be filled with carefullycurated blooms representing, in a multi-sensory fashion, the flavours inherent in both the bespoke Edgerton Pink Gin cocktail and their homemade afternoon tea pastries. A perfect location to sip on delicious Edgerton Pink Gin cocktails, before or after visiting the show this year.

CELEBRATE SPRING WITH EDGERTON ORIGINAL PINK GIN This Spring, Edgerton Pink Gin have created a collection of three refreshing cocktails to enjoy: Blueberry Mojito Royale, Gin Fig Martini and Strawberry Black Pepper Gin and Tonic. Bursting with flavoursome seasonal fruits and fragrant herbs, Edgerton Pink Gin’s spring cocktails are a twist on the classic Mojito, Martini and G&T. Ideal when creating pitchers for all the family over Easter.
To create the revitalising Blueberry Mojito Royale, simply muddle blueberries, fresh mint, lime and a sprinkling of sugar together. Then add a generous shot of Edgerton Pink Gin and top with chilled premium tonic. Before adding a cinnamon stick to the mix for a maximum time of 1 minute.
When crafting the Gin Fig Martini, fill a large mug with boiling water and two tea bags. Leave the tea bags to brew for 5 minutes, before taking them out and leaving the water to cool. Then make the fig syrup by placing 220g of ice, 220g of sugar and 4 figs (cut into halves) into a saucepan and boil until the sugar dissolves. Then fill a shaker with 220g of ice, 340ml of the brewed tea, 85ml of Edgerton Pink Gin, 57ml of the simple syrup and shake well.
A great aperitif, before a traditional Sunday Roast, the Strawberry and Black Pepper Gin and Tonic is a refreshing treat for all the family. Simply make it by pouring 50ml Edgerton Pink Gin and 200ml Fever Tree tonic water into a glass. Then add three sliced strawberries, ice, and a twist of black pepper. Garnish with 1 strawberry sliced in half.
