It was a lovely mild morning for the game and eleven members made up the panel with all eleven starting on what was a small pitch but this made for some exciting play
City of Derry seemed to settle the quicker and the young Accies found themselves 2 tries down in the first 5 mins but a good fightback got under way with Harvey King scoring his first try for the team and this was closely followed up by a good solo run from Adam Havlin.
By this stage Omagh were on top and the halftime whistle came too soon for them. The second half started as the first finished and Omagh went in front when Joel Armstrong crossed the line for a good try. Derry fought back well and soon were on equal terms and then took the lead with some good passes through the Omagh defence.
The young Accies showed courage to get back into the game with a good score from Jamie Lyons. With the score now at 4-4 both teams went for the win and City of Derry thought they had snatched the win only for Timothy Donnell to score right on the final whistle.
Squad: Tyler Donnell, Connor Huey, Sam Beattie, Jamie Lyons, Harvey King, Joel Armstrong, Timothy Donnell, Adam Havlin, Henry Thompson, Joshua Millar, Aaron Gibson
