Ulster Women completed their Inter-provincial series on Saturday afternoon with a 15-12 win against Connacht at Ballymoney RFC.
Ulster dominated the opening exchanges and first half tries by Laura Nichol and Sorcha Chipperfield put the home team into a 10 – 0 lead. A second half try by Poppy Cleal was enough to see Ulster victorious despite a second half fight back by Connacht, who scored a try and a goal through Ally Millar.
