We are growing again after 25 years of club rugby declining in playing numbers – WE ARE GROWING, the numbers of male and female players is rising rapidly and this tidal wave of uptake is being driven by one single thing, the desire for a better future, all based around the healthy pursuit of a game called rugby. The joy of picking up a rugby ball, the knowledge that in the memory of Nevin Spence there go I but for the grace of God. This is healthy and as a community the Ulster Rugby talent identification officers have a mission to give everything at their disposal to help, to provide advice, to train, to support all the young people as they move towards adulthood and become the next generation of the No. 1 rugby province in the world, Ulster the shining light of how the game should be played.

It is our pleasure to present to you Darryl Callaghan, Ulster Rugby
