The range is made of top quality, strong 8mm aluminised steel (to avoid warping) with the ultimate, 2-layer PFAS-free ceramic non-stick coating for scratch-resistant performance and extreme durability.
Oven safe up to 230°C, the stylish black range (PFAS-free Non-stick layer inside and silicone polyester outside) can be used for a multitude of savoury and sweet baking recipes
– EASY CLEAN UP –
The range is dishwasher safe (except the spring form and muffin pans), but thanks to the non-stick coating a quick wipe under a warm tap with soapy water will suffice.

The NEW GreenPan PFAS-free Ceramic Non-stick Bakeware range is available from John Lewis and Lakeland. GreenPan was developed by two childhood friends, Jan Helskens and Wim De Veirman, in Belgium in 2007. Having discovered that when overheated, traditional non-stick pans release toxic substances into the air, and into your food, they embarked on a mission to create a healthy non-stick alternative. After several years in development, they launched Thermolon™ an innovative, ceramic non-stick coating with zero harmful, persistent toxins such as PFAS, delivering outstanding cooking results.
