A third Morton Pinpoint office has now opened in Belfast, at 22 Cregagh Road, widening still further the coverage the Company offers its clients, both in residential sales and in lettings and management.
The Company has merged with Watson Property Sales, and will operate under the brand created by the coming together in 2007 of Brian Morton & Co, one of the most respected estate agency names in Northern Ireland and Pinpoint Property Ltd.
The Morton Pinpoint philosophy is very simple, combining as it does good, old fashioned service with state of the art technology. The entire proposition is based on quality service and in treating every client, be they buyer or seller, tenant or landlord, with respect. The branch will be managed by Simon McCullough, who has a wealth of experience in various aspects of the commercial and business world. He has a BSc in Estate Management and was elected to MRICS status in 2002. Undoubtedly, with his background, the Company’s commercial portfolio is likely to increase, to complement what is already a significant share of the residential market.
Simon will be ably assisted by Jayne Farrell, who has over 11 years estate agency experience, since her graduation in Urban Estate Management from Liverpool University. She has been with the company now for over 2 years and is hugely enthusiastic about this new challenge.
Importantly there will be continuity, too, with Lorna-Jayne Fletcher, who has been with Watsons for over 5 years, staying on. She is extremely popular with her clients, including those who will continue to use the Progressive Building Society Agency in the branch.
