Monaghan Rugby Club hosted their 6th Rugby Summer Camp. It was delivered by Club CCRO Davy McGregor Era-Fit Training with the help of David Jr. and Daniel. Also mini coaches who gave a hand during the week were, Cathal McArdle, Darren Lafferty, Lorcan Kelly, and David Moore. There was a great turnout of kids both boys and girls from ages 5-12. They learned a lot of new skills and different techniques which we hope will benefit them for the coming season. It was a very enjoyable week for the kids and coaches as we had a great week of sunshine. When the rugby starts up again, we hope to see alot of new faces at the club. On the last morning, we had fun games, finished off by 3 well contested rugby matches and then each player got a t-shirt sponsored by Era-Fit and a swimming pool pass sponsored by David Moore of Coral Leisure. Davy would like to thank all the parents and kids for all their support, to Kevin and Geraldine for having the club grounds in excellent condition and to MRFC for the use of the facilities.
