A closely fought game saw the Malone side pick up a win by quite a margin. Deservedly so they dominated the game throughout against the Navy side.
It was fitting that Malone did not field their first XV as a visiting side should be given the opportunity to play a game of rugby! The Royal Navy guys thoroughly enjoyed their game as did Malone and plenty of fun was had in the bar afterwards. .
