The 4’s had a narrow but deserved win against a tough Strabane side winning by 0-6.
The UD’s reached the Final of the Butler Shield after a tough but deserved victory against a tough Strabane team.
Although both teams never really looked like scoring a try Malone took advantage of 2 out of 3 penalty opportunities through Chris Fry. Strabane missed all their penalty opportunities and also the UD’s defended well when they were reduced to 10 men when their Captain was yellow carded.
Well done to all concerned and good luck in the final.

P.S. Why are the Ulster Branch not allowing the Final to be played at Ravenhill. Hard luck to the 5’s who lost their semi final against Armagh- Alas not all Malone Final.
