We provide financial expertise from initial concept to completion of any project. Initial budget costing at Preliminary design stage updated regularly as the project evolves with advice to the Architect to the use of more cost effective materials yet giving the same result. We provide full documentation (Bills of Quantities, NBS Specifications and detailed contractual preliminaries) for tender purposes, analyse tenders, and recommend potential savings if any cost overrun occurs, produce interim monthly valuations, re-measure variations thus keeping all informed of projected final account costs and ultimately agreeing the final account.
The above work requires a vast amount of liaison between us, the client, and all other members of the Design Team and with any funding agencies or banks that may be involved. The experience gathered over the years in doing precisely this allows for the smooth running of the project within the time and financially controlled.
