One of Northern Ireland’s most successful sporting and business partnerships are developing their relationship. Kingspan Environmental has signed a new 3 year sponsorship deal with Ulster Rugby.

As an official sponsor of the team, Kingspan branding will appear on the players’ kit, both shorts and socks and will have an enhanced brand presence around the ground. It is the latest in a number of sponsorship deals between the two organisations since 2005.

Philip Browne, Sales Director for Kingspan Environmental, says: “I am delighted to announce this partnership, building on the already close ties between Kingspan and Ulster Rugby. For Kingspan Environmental the new deal opens up global exposure for our renewable energy technologies, water and environmental products. We have already seen brand recognition across Europe, the Middle East and Australia which should be good for both organisations.

“Over the last couple of years we all have seen huge strides in Ulster Rugby’s professional performance, both on and off the pitch. Kingspan Environmental want to help in our small way to ensure this performance continues. Ulster Rugby is clearly focused on building on its recent successes; including reaching the final of the Heineken Cup, as well as on the continued re-development of the grounds at Ravenhill.”

Phillip Polack, Ulster Rugby says: “We are very pleased, once again, to have Kingspan Environmental, one of Northern Ireland’s largest manufacturing companies, on board as a sponsor. Both organisations are focused on success through strong performances; we believe that our on-going relationship with Kingspan Environmental will provide an important boost for our team and help us maintain our current momentum.”
