The HMS Fleet MARY ROSE GIN
Mary Rose Gin is the flagship spirit from the HMS Spirits Company. It respectfully admires the tradition of a well-balanced juniper heavy London Dry Gin whilst adding subtle notes of grapefruit to liven up the front of the palate followed by rosemary for a soft finish.
Mary Rose is carefully distilled in small batches in a copper pot still and retains a higher essential oil content than most gins which gives it a richness and ensures it’s smoothness on the palate.
We think it goes well with a sprig of rosemary and slice of pink grapefruit but also believe half the fun of this journey is you deciding what goes best and sharing those ideas with us.

The HMS Fleet DREADNOUGHT GIN
Dreadnought Gin is the second in our fleet, a navy strength gin at 57.5%, so-called because a warship’s gunpowder soaked in alcohol with a strength of 57% or above would still ignite. This is also where the term ‘Proof’ comes from.
A well-balanced juniper heavy London Dry Gin, adding subtle notes of grapefruit to liven the front of the palate followed by a soft rosemary finish. Dreadnought is carefully distilled in small batches using a copper pot still and retains a higher essential oil content which gives it a richness and ensures its smoothness on the palate.
Best served over ice with a premium tonic water and garnished with a fresh slice of pink grapefruit and a sprig of rosemary

The HMS Fleet ELIZABETH GIN
Elizabeth Gin is the third in our fleet, carefully distilled in small batches using a traditional copper pot still to the highest quality. Named after and in homage to the HMS Queen Elizabeth, which is one of the most powerful ever constructed for the Royal Navy and a truly awe-inspiring ship.
Elizabeth is a delicate balance of a classic London Dry Gin and a natural elderflower distillate, producing a juniper led gin on the nose followed by light flowery and honey like tones, that ensures a crisp, palate-cleansing finish.
A beautifully refreshing gin that works well in summer cocktails or as a classic gin and tonic. Best served over ice with a premium tonic and garnished with a slice or twist of orange.
