Ireland Rugby Sell-out Aviva
Ireland has sold out the Aviva Stadium for their RBS 6 Nations home games against Scotland, Wales and Italy in 2014.
Ireland’s opening fixture is against Scotland in the Aviva Stadium on Sunday 2nd February at 15:00. Six days later Ireland return to the Aviva to host reigning 6 Nations champions Wales on Saturday 8th February at 14:30.
Ireland’s final home fixture of the RBS sees Italy line out at the Aviva Stadium on Saturday 8th March at 14:30.
Padraig Power, Director of Commercial and Marketing at the IRFU, commented, “Following the scintillating performance against New Zealand, Ireland fans have been looking forward to the forthcoming RBS 6 Nations with huge anticipation. The Irish fans turned the Aviva Stadium into a cauldron of noise in November and with three sell-out home games the atmosphere in the stadium will be electric.”
The visiting Unions are expected to take their full allocation of Aviva Stadium tickets. Should any tickets be returned to the IRFU they will be released on general sale. Ticketing information for the Women’s RBS 6 Nations fixture against Italy in the Aviva Stadium on 8th March will be released in January.
