Match report: Ballyshannon RFC vs Derry YMCA: a great game was played today up in derry. Ballyshannon fielded a strong side that proved superior against Derry. With great runs from Mark Rooney, David Hoey, Rian Trainor and Raymond Gallagher. The final score was 10 – 16 in favour of Shannon. The team had a new found hunger, that helped seal their victory, lead from the pack who were on top form after an impressive turn out at training. Overall it was an impressive display from a strong Shannon side, looking forward to their next game.
