Instonians Senior Rugby Squad take on the “Ironfit” Challenge!!!
Instonians Senior Rugby section looked for a change in routine and Director of Rugby, Brian Barrett (aka “Tanky”) duly obliged.
Over 30 players and coaches switched training to the “Ironfit” Gym facility based off the Queens Road, in the Titanic Quarter, Belfast.
