Calonnog homeware from Driftwood Designs
Calonnog is Welsh for ‘hearty’ and Driftwood Designs have produced a range of pretty and practical homewares featuring the distinctive heart illustrations of artist Lizzie Spikes.
In typical signature style, Lizzie has painted a range of hand-drawn hearts of varying sizes to form a mosaic pattern. The original inspirational piece was painted onto pieces of driftwood and can be bought as a framed print.
Artist and designer Lizzie Spikes draws inspiration for her vivid illustrations from the coast and surrounding countryside of her home in Aberystwyth, West Wales.

Hearts Small Square White Frame – £18.00
All Driftwood Designs framed prints are illustrated by Lizzie Spikes in Aberystwyth and printed in Wales on 100% recycled paper stock. Our square framed prints come with a bright white mount. The frame is finished with an open grain texture in white and are made of solid wood.
The frame Measures 203 x 203 x 20mm (8”x 8”). The image square in size and the aperture measures 135 x 135mm.
Hearty Oven Gloves – £25.00
These beautiful yet sturdy oven gloves measure 200 x 960mm.
Top fabric is 100% cotton 1/2 panama, bottom fabric is polyester/cotton toweling.
Care instructions are sewn inside the hand

This Cariad Yw Popeth Velvet cushion cover was illustrated in Aberystwyth by Lizzie Spikes and made in the UK
Measures 450mm x 450mm. 100% polyester velvet. Cushion pad not supplied.

Hearty Lampshade – £54.00
Lizzie’s lovely Hearty design has been printed onto fabric, then hand finished into these gorgeous lampshades in the Driftwood Designs workshop. As these are hand made to order, please allow 14 days for these to be delivered.
The diameter of the lampshade is 300mm and the height is 210mm.
Made to order either hanging pendant or for standing lamp.
