Hmmmmmmmmm, not just for summers days, probably even more appreciated on a cold wintrers day or evening, inside the club house function room, or in a marque, the beautiful smeel and sight of a pig on the spit (we have 2 spits) surrounded by salads, breads, potatoes, vegetables. After a great day at the rugby club, the perfect timing for a great meal and atmosphere. It makes it one of those nights!

At Sara’s our pride is a satisfied customer. Over the years we provided our spit roasting service to Naas, Dromore, Banbridge, Lisburn, Instonians, Dungannon, Ballyclare, Ballynahinch, etc…. We travel with this service mostly on recommendation to Cork, to Dublin and across Ulster.

Most occasions are fundraisers, birthday parties, weddings, club functions, but as you can imagine it is suitable for any circumstance that requires something a little different.

Apart form the quality of our meat, the spit roast becomes a talking point and focal point at any occasion. The great heat from the roasting very often provides warmth and the smell of the cooking although never over powering helps to create the atmosphere.

You can choose from two spits or one, and a gas supply is not always needed, choose from greensalads, coleslaw, tomato abd feta cheese, cus cus with roasted veg, mushroom salad, baby boils, bread, champ, various breads, not to mention our secret recipe home made apple sauce and most variations catered for.

We have done this on islands, and to our great pride we provide every year the spit to the Leinster club diner of the year!
