Farmer-owned Fair Trade nut company, Liberation Foods continues to innovate the snacking market with its range of great tasting savoury nuts which not only boast excellent nutritional, environmental and ethical credentials but also have a positive impact on producer communities.

The popular range includes:

Oven Baked Chilli and Lime Cashews with Peanuts & Roasted Corn

Inspired by the colour and flavour of street food in Latin America, the sweet cashew nuts are coated in a special chilli and lime seasoning and oven baked slowly. The peanuts are then lightly salted and baked. Once the nuts are perfectly seasoned they are mixed in with the chilli corn kernels to create the perfect blend of citrus and spice. Available in both 40g and 90g bags.

Oven Baked Salted Cashews & Peanuts

Each ingredient is baked separately with just the right amount of sprinkled salt (that stays on the nut) to produce the perfect ‘crunch’. Liberation knows that peanuts need just a little bit longer under the heat than cashews and when all are perfectly bronzed, the nuts are cooled before being mixed and bagged.

Available in both 40g and 90g bags.

Oven Baked Salted Peanuts

With peanuts shipped from Nicaragua, the nuts are oven baked and seasoned with salt for that added crunch.

Available in 40g bags.

Crunchy Peanut Butter

Creamy with a crunch and packed with roasted peanuts from Malawi, Mozambique and Nicaragua, this great tasting thick peanut butter (made to a new recipe) contains no added sugar and perfect for spreading.

Available in 340g jar.

Kate Gaskell, Managing Director of Liberation Foods explains, “As consumer appetite for nuts grows, our savoury range provides not only a healthier option but also a versatile ingredient which can be added to salads, curries and stir-fries.”
