Exploring the Christmas Lifestyle… which is such a happy time for people!
People are very content when they are busy! There is no doubt that being busy and completing tasks and chores and getting everything done gives many many people a great sense of contentedness.
After a very very busy year when all the making and then stockpiling fo resources has been completed many countries experience weather conditions which deeply restrict the ability to make things.
For example, the colder weather may and often does make it impossible to grow food! It is for this very reason that having stockpiled resources during the year including money means that during winter one of the best things to do for health and wellness is to spend money and resources.
This is why many retailers feel as if they have hit jackpot city in many respects because people suddenly begin to spend more money and barter more precious resources. The annual holiday called Christmas adds a tremendous fuel to this spending increase because literally almost everyone will actually by presents (resources) for many other people around them particularly other close family members and close friends.
This is very therapeutic at a time when for many countries it is actually very dark and cold outside so by spending money on important items for oneself and others brings excitement to peoples lives.

So the Christmas lifestyle is actually one of the most personally happy times for many people! they are busy in the shops buying presents for everyone and then we all get to pen the presents which have been put around the bottom of the Christmas trees! There is also a feast! on Christmas Day itself the very vast majority of people actually have an eating and drinking feast! With so much plenty from the recent harvest there is always lots to go round. Typically people roast a large Turkey Bird and have all the vegetables they want followed by incredible deserts and perhaps finished off with specialty liquors and chocolates! It really is as if people have hit the jackpot at the casino!
