Enniskillen’s 1st XV will again play in Ulster Qualifying League Two in 2012/13, with the 2nd XV in Junior League Two and the club wishes to appoint a Head Coach or Player/Coach to regain Enniskillen RFC’s position in Qualifying League One and take them forward in their quest to become a top league performer.
The successful applicant will be responsible for helping to organise and manage the development of players within the senior squad and the competitive performance of that squad. As such applicants must possess excellent leadership, organisational and communication skills; have a sound knowledge and understanding of rugby union in the modern era and possess a minimum of the Level One IRFU coaching qualification.
This is a part-time post with terms and conditions negotiable and would suit someone willing to work towards further coaching accreditation with the support of Enniskillen RFC.
