WHAT A GAME! The first half was a rollercoaster of emotion as the girls got the measure of each other. Aquinas took first blood with a score almost from the kick off! Collegiates were shaken by this, they did not expect it and spent the rest of the first half equalising to leave the the score 2-2 at the break.
Both teams superbly led by their captains came out in the 2nd half to demolish the opposition but Collegiate began to pull away putting two more scores up, Aquinas pulled one back but Collegiates winger must have scored 3 in a row over a 5-7minute stretch, she is surely an awesome talent for the future.

Collegiate took the honours but Aquinas in their first final were a credit to themselves, their school and families.
Collegiate have now won this cup for a few years on the trot – Can anyone take it off them. Well not for one more year anyway, they are the Schools Champions for 2011!
