On Saturday 20th March four clubs were involved in the new girls mini rugby structure for Donegal.
The venture is to increase the numbers of girls playing at the U7 – U12 age group so that the future of youth and senior rugby can be strengthened.
Ballyshannon, Letterkenny, Finn Valley and Donegal Town were the clubs involved and will continue to run every Saturday until the end of April.
All the sessions are based at the rugby clubs from 10-11am apart from Letterkenny who go from 9.30 – 10.30.
The age groups the clubs are looking for are U7 (2003) to U12 (1998).
All the new comers to the game are welcome so come and give rugby a try!
