Coleraine Rugby Club’s 45th Annual Awards dinner was held in the clubhouse in May
In one of the final events of his year in office president Dennis McCrum welcomed everyone to the dinner and the awards were presented by Ulster Branch representative, John Robinson.
The Bob Jackson Memorial Trophy for best forward went to Stephen Jefferson. The Owen Montgomery Trophy for best back went to Stuart Simpson, who also picked up the Players’ Player of the Year award. The Eamon O’Hara Cup for most improved player went to Willie Hunt.
Seconds’ Player of the Year, Russell Smyth, was awarded the Coleraine RFC Club Shield. The Monteith Trophy for Thirds Player of the Year was awarded to Alex Gourley and the Jimmy Little Trophy for Thirds Best Forward went to Chris Braiden.
Fourths Player of the Year DD McAllister was presented with the Neely trophy.
The Neville Donovan Memorial Trophy was awarded to Clubman of the Year, Crawford McConkey. The Scott Shield for Administrator of the Year went to Kevin Smith.
