The North West has a senior club once again after City of Derry survived a late rally by Portadown to gain promotion to All Ireland League Three.

It was the end of a two year journey for Derry, who were relegated the same season that Portadown returned to the senior ranks – the teams now swapping places.

City of Derry celebrate their victory over Armagh

City of Derry 2nd XV brought home the Crawford Cup and City of Derry Ladies (top picture) finished their season on a high winning the Northern section of the AIL Division 2 League.

Following one of the most successful season in the history of City Of Derry RFC, we are delighted to bring you the highlights in words and pictures from the North West club and we wish them continued success in the future.
