After a break for Xmas and New Year training begins again for Armagh ladies on Monday 13th January at 7pm . With over 25 players regularly attending training , the ladies section is now one of the most vibrant in the province with the dedication of coaches and players being reflected in the successes of the first half of the season . Thus far the ladies have travelled to Enniskillen to play in one tournament and hosted their own tournament attended by over 100 players from 7 different clubs , the biggest tournament of its` type in Ulster . In addition , the club was well represented at an interprovincial level , with 7 players representing Ulster U18s in matches against Leinster , Munster and Connacht . The seven players , pictured above , are Beccie McCauley , Rachel Totten , Molly Lavery , Stacey Fluke , Laura Henderson , Vicky Irwin and Niamh McCord .

Next seasons Ulster squad will begin their new training programme in February and it is expected that once again Armagh will provide a significant number of the squad . The club will also play host to a number of the Ulster squad sessions prior to next seasons inter provincial matches . Anyone who is interested in coming along and playing can just turn up at the next training session on 13th , or come to any Monday evening training session.
