Shaving on weekdays
When you’re running late for work, you need a simple routine to make shaving quicker and more enjoyable.
Wet your face with warm water, softening the stubble and preparing it for a close and easy shave.
Apply Erasmic Supreme Shave Gels, Erasmic Supreme Shave Creams or Erasmic Supreme Shave Oils, and spread evenly over your stubble. Leave it on for sometime while you prepare the razor for your shave.
Wash your razor in warm water before use and shave with the grain (in the direction of the hair growth) and not against it, as this will help minimise skin burn.
Rinse off with warm water and pat dry.
Apply Erasmic Supreme Post Shave Balm to the shaved skin to help restore the moisture balance after shaving.
Shaving on the Weekend
If you’re going out and want to look your best, then spending a little extra time on shaving makes the effort worthwhile.
Don’t shave first thing in the morning; wait for your morning puffiness to go down before you shave.
Wet your face with warm water and then leave it covered with a warm moist towel for a few minutes to thoroughly soften your stubble.
Prepare the skin by exfoliating it prior to the shave as this prepares the skin for a closer shave by freeing any trapped hair and removing dead skin.
Apply an even layer of Erasmic Supreme Shave Gels, Erasmic Supreme Shave Creams or Erasmic Supreme Shave Oils, and leave it on the skin for two minutes to fully soften and prepare the beard.
Use a clean and sharp razor. Wash your razor in warm water before use and shave with the grain as this helps minimize razor burn and ingrown hair.
Rinse off with warm water and pat dry.

Some shaving don’ts
Don’t apply shaving preparation products directly to a dry face. Wet the face first to soften the stubble and prepare the skin for shaving.
Don’t press the razor hard against your skin.
Don’t shave against the grain as this can cause razor burn and increases the risk of ingrown hair and razor bumps.
Don’t apply alcohol based aftershaves unless you have oily skin. Use moisturising balms like Erasmic Supreme Post Shave Balm instead.
