than two…. but i’m fairly sure you have already looked at those four words and
KNOWN which might best benefit you…

As the current WORLD CHAMPION, I have been competing in POWERLIFTING for the
last 16 years. in this time i have won many titles and set numerous RECORDS,
including- BRITISH, COMMONWEALTH and WORLD titles, with top lifts of a 420kg
SQUAT, 320kg BENCHPRESS and a 340kg DEADLIFT.

As a DIABETIC and being entirely SELF COACHED, i have reached this level by the
application of STRICT TRAINING PRINCIPLES, DISCIPLINE and CONTINUED LEARNING (Do
